During our stay, the hotel provided a truly authentic 5-star experience. The location was convenient, offering easy access to the railway station. We loved the comfortable rooms and friendly staff who provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. The view from our room was fantastic, and the facilities were well-maintained.
There was one small issue during our stay. When a cup was accidentally broken while using the coffee machine, we were initially asked to pay £10 to replace it.
